Overview

For the first time, search and controlled document access is available as a single, seamless solution. Index virtually any document for metadata and full-text search, AND have the results available for presentation in a secure Online Document Reader.

One of the problems facing all organizations is how to make their valuable content discoverable, while protecting it from misuse or abuse. IGP:RealSearch gives you the freedom to allow both internal and external stakeholders to search and use your valuable content in a controlled manner; with the peace of mind that with IGP:Online Document Reader the content cannot be copied, plaigurized or misused while it is being accessed.

Using the demo

You must have Javascript and cookies enabled.

When you enter the site, you are in the public area. Enter a search term in the full text search box above. Click Search. The results will be displayed. Click on the individual search results to open the document page in IGP:ODR.

Login to the private part of the site. USERID: rs PASSWORD: r (login is case sensitive).

From the top left dashboard click Advanced Search. The Advanced Search dashboard will open. Enter your search term and click Search. Navigate your search results.

• PDF. Including scanned image, and text under OCRed images in PDF
• Wordprocessor files. Microsoft Word, Open Office and even your older Word Perfect files can be indexed ( *.doc, *.wpd, *.odt, *.sxw )
• Presentations. *.ppt, *.odp, *.sxi
• Spreadsheets. *.xls, *.ods, *.sxc
• Webpages. *.html
